Our team of experienced and highly trained security guards is dedicated to providing the highest level of protection for our clients. We offer level 3 security services to a broad range of clients, including corporations, businesses, and individuals. DUANE CHEE
Director of Security Operations and Asset Protection
In his role, Duane leads a team of 11 armed Level III Security Officers, overseeing all aspects of asset protection. His primary objectives include implementing security strategies, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety and well-being of employees, visitors, and tenants.
A seasoned professional with an 18-year military background, Duane is a retired Staff Sergeant/E6 rank of the US Army, having served from 1996 to 2014. His military discipline and experience have instilled in him a strong foundation of principles and a commitment to upholding the highest standards. As a leader, Duane excels in providing genuine guidance, mentoring, and ensuring the daily operations of the organization run smoothly, along with providing objective supervision for his team of officers.
With nearly a decade of experience as a security officer, Duane obtained his Level I certification in 2014, Level II in 2016, and Level III in 2020, showcasing his determination to become an armed officer. In his current leadership position, he approaches decision-making with care and caution, demonstrating attentiveness, dependability, and authenticity.
Duane's educational background includes earning credits toward a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and he also earned a Welding Certificate in 2016.

JOEL CASTILLO
Security Supervisor
Joel leverages his expertise to oversee and coordinate personnel-related aspects of security operations. Prior to this, he held the position of Level 3 Guard at Echelon Protective Service from 2022 to 2023, focusing on personnel supervision for an apartment complex and ensuring the safety of residents.
Joel's significant tenure at International Protective Service, spanning from 2017 to 2022, saw him contributing in personnel capacities as a Security Guard and Patrol Corporal. Additionally, he played a key role in Special Security Detail, emphasizing his dedication to managing and leading security personnel effectively.
With a diverse background in personnel-related roles, Joel demonstrates a commitment to excellence in personnel management within the security field, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in various aspects of security personnel coordination.

HOUMAM MOUSSA
Security Lead
Dedicating himself to ensuring the safety and security of various establishments since 2018, Houmam has demonstrated his commitment to the field through solid work experience. In his previous roles, he had the privilege of serving as a supervisor at his last security company, and he also operated in a supervisory capacity at a car rental company for a notable 3-year period. These diverse experiences have not only honed his skills but have also deepened his commitment to the security profession.
Officer Houmam Moussa takes immense pride in working alongside his exceptional present team, emphasizing his dedication to maintaining a safe environment for all. His extensive background and leadership roles underscore his proficiency and commitment in ensuring the safety and security of the establishments he serves.
